I listened to that and Lil Wayne said when he shot himself when he was a kid attempting suicide he did it while looking into the mirror.  Gives more meaning and depth to this song now.

Kind of makes sense now why there was a lot of blood on the video and he even showed the scar on his back where the bullet came out.
