I want a Florida Kilos video where she's actually cooking up a dream, turning diamonds into snow. 

I basically want to see Lana do coke with FK playing in the background.

There'd be scenes of her at The Keys and then a beach in Miami and a trailer park with some golden-skin daddy type. It'd be perfect.

 

This will sadly never happen. Probably. I'll hope.

I really want Brooklyn Baby because its such a great upbeat song and I think would have a cute video but at the same time I'm so darn curious about her idea for Black Beauty. She said in an interview like a year ago that she already had an idea for the video before the song was even leaked and I want to see it because it'll probably be amazing.

Brooklyn Baby would be the obvious choice since it has a summery vibe to it. PWYC is out of the question BC we know there is a homemade video out there it just hasn't been released yet for whatever reason. Personally I'd like to see other Florida kilos made into a video or MPG. FK even though there is no way it would be released as a single it would be nice to see a promo vid for it. The track's brilliant and deserves a video. MPG BC it has one hell of a replay value especially if the vid goes national anthem-esque. Plus like WC, MPG is radio friendly and might even sail up through the charts...

And by that I am not neccicarly talking about a Ride video, bc Ride is awful in my opinion. Awkward monologues and clichees whereever you look.

I'd like to see something simple but good like the Blue Jeans Video by Woodkid. MPG could fit something like that or maybe BBY.

I have a hard time choosing. One one hand, I really want to see the PWYC video, but on the other hand, Old Money could be an absolutely beautiful video just like the song. Florida Kilos or Cruel World would be awesome, too. I don't know, but after the Ultraviolence video I'm ready for a bigger production.

I want a Sad Girl video so bad   

It has such good imagery! I can visualize her sitting in a smoke filled bar by her man daddy and telling the story from her point of view. She could hit the positive, negative, and critical aspects of this song beautifully. It could be a perfectly stripped back video that would go well with the theme of the videos she's been doing this era.

 

Quick story board: seated @ bar w/man, talking/hanging about/around him (verses) > admiring him while realizing he'll never truly be hers (chorus) > drink more, back to glamorizing woman on the side > (variation of the chorus scene) > altercation physical or verbal with other woman/people who are there criticizing her (bridge) > leaves bar escorted out by daddy after altercation (last chorus) ....at least thats what i've been visualizing since i've heard the song.

Florida Kilos: I picture her playing the character of this vintage king pin, drug lord, pin-up princess, running a huge line along the Florida coast, and wearing this bright, blinding, glistening red lipstick, sometime in the early 70’s) sipping cherry cola limes of course  for the story-line/feel; think the movie “Blow” with Johny Depp.  But Lana as Ray in this Character I described.

 

Money, Power, Glory: This could be her most powerful video yet!!! Imagery and visuals could be out of this world…  Common' Lans. 

 

Brooklyn Baby – Don’t mess this one up gurrrrrl.  Not sure what I expect for this one, visually, but it has amazing potential as well.

Maybe this is one of the reasons why she put it on the record! So she could release the video she's been contemplating? But maybe I don't know the whole story to that song!! I've only got bits and pieces of interviews about it here and there.

I think this is pretty much exactly why it still ended up on the album despite being leaked. So I'm pretty hopeful and actually kinf of optomistic that we will get a video eventually, it just might be a while as she'll probably do actual album songs first. I'm sure it'll be amazing since she is so intent on it!

Money Power Glory & Because of You as a Scarface themed video.. both of those songs are so empowering in their acceptance to what people think of Lana, and what she wants to say about herself and after all the crazy media bs, it's fitting to make something fearless and personal. Money, Power & Glory always reminds me of Tony Montana in Scarface saying "In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women.", but you know, Lana wants a more ambitious reward than pleasures of the flesh, Glory. I like Because of You to go with it cuz it's very autobiographical, and "look at me now, I have everything" seems like a Scarface mentality. Plus we all know Lana's Scarface referencing runs deep. Yayo wasn't even commonly used as a coke reference until Scarface was made and that is Lana's shit. Just one example of how Scarface has influenced Lana.

A Tropico like vide with Cruel World, Pretty When You Cry and Flipside!!

 

Part one (Cruel World): Lana sitting in a smokefilled bar in her little red party dress, getting drunk trying to forget.

Part two (Pretty When You Cry): In a flashback we see how her guy treated her and how miserable everything was.

Part three (Flipside): Lana tried to move on but she can't and she's like "maybe we could get back together someday...".
