Honeymoon Released on September 18th

Billboard over Mel's Diner.

That alone is so 1940s 1950s 1960s Hollywood

Lana herself probably drives by there five times a week

Like how Marilyn and Bette and Joan had all those billboards decades ago. Nothing is more Hollywood than that.

so its symbolism on top of symbolism

The video rails against being her privacy being broken into to by the paparazzi and media, while the billboard is probably going to be seen by those millions driving by (with Lana looking at me looking at you)

It don't get any cooler and to the point.

and the negative nelly's and Debbie downers say Lana never does anything (sarcasm)

Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. Totally unique. a mixture of Brian WIlson Roy Orbison, Leonard Cohen, Gram Parsons, Elton & Bernie. Born to Die/Paradise is comparable to Elton's Captain Fantastic. All the records need to be listened whole. Waiting for a box set vinyl of all 400 songs not on any lp

It's all happening so fast that I'm actually scared. This is all is too good to be true, right? She released a new song and a new video in the same week, announced her album in a month...It must be something wrong waiting for us, like a bad cover art or she's gonna mess up an interview again. Nothing is too easy for Lana ( sadly)

nah it's gonna have perfect promo but get ripped apart by all the mainstream press for being not enough like ultraviolence :creep:

Unfortunately I foresee this outcome as well!

I hate that but I have a feeling they are going to tear it down so much.

Reference it back to BTD and kind of say how it has the same inconsistencies.

We will see though!
