I think it’s possible that they use “Liz” and “Lana” interchangeably

It has no bearing whatsoever because I don't know her personally, but my brain can't compute "Liz" with her

"Lizzy" and "Elizabeth", yeah, but she really doesn't seem like a Liz to me
