Hip-hop isn't bad. You're just generalizing the genre by a few.. uniquely talented.. people. Hip-hop can be amazing if you find the right artists. Lana can make it work for her if she finds the right producers!

I don't think hip hop is bad either, it's just quite a simple genre imo. Lana is amazing though and she can basically pull off any genre and i love that she's been expressing herself this way but what i mean is that i just hope she doesn't go all the way with it

Idk why people are soo against rap and/or hip-hop. Every genre has it's bad artists that represent it. I think if you spend time exploring other artists of hip-hop, you're bound to find something you enjoy. Also, yeah Lana has been influenced by hip-hop and rap since the May Jailer days (but you wouldn't find May rapping over a beat) and it's evident in her bios from back then and her lyrical work
