That's exactly why it would be a waste of time to me. But mainly because 9/10..lana would count that as an album release, therefore making the wait for whatever new music shes made even longer

But... imagine stuff like that with demos, outtakes, live recordings etc. for Born To Die's 10th birthday! :defeated:

I think I've listened to God Bless America and When the World Was At War We Kept Dancing maybe twice. If those songs were gone the album would be better and less of a chore to sit through :creep: I find I either listen to the first half or the second half, it's a lot for one sitting.

those are literally the best songs on LFL

Um wut? They're great, especially WTWWAWWKD.  :toofunny: How can you say that when you've hardly ever listened to them?

I'm thinking the same... Maybe because she'll be a bit older and mature so the sound could reflect that. I don't think we're getting Lolitas anymore (lyrically speaking) and I'm hoping there will be fewer to no trap beats (  :pray2: )

So her next album will be her happy album we expected and LFL is the bridge between?

I hope so! She deserves to stay happy after all the crappy relationships and harsh critics. :)

And if she's happy, we'll finally get Yosemite. :creep:

If Meek got 45 w/o Tidal and 86 with Tidal, then Tidal was included in the numbers already, so there are not any more numbers for him, are they?

I do think billboard is f'ing with the singles charts and the #s used on the album chart are used for the singles- and any major usage of Meek's could

mean dozen or so Meek songs hit the Hot 100 and the Bubbling Under (which is 101-125), and those songs would stop any songs by Lana of charting on the singles chart  (including

Beautiful People, Groupie Love, Summer, Tomorrow never came, etc.

So if they take away her #1 album, they will also take away chart movement on probably 7 songs

One thing is assured though-

Lana does have the #1 alternative and #1 rock album, and #1 vinyl album, so indeed she did get to #1 and Born to Die will continue it's longevity immortality

Lana is our modern day Edith Piaf. Totally unique. a mixture of Brian WIlson Roy Orbison, Leonard Cohen, Gram Parsons, Elton & Bernie. Born to Die/Paradise is comparable to Elton's Captain Fantastic. All the records need to be listened whole. Waiting for a box set vinyl of all 400 songs not on any lp

That would be great if Mark Mahoney comes back in the new White Mustang vid.

and I believe in the idea that Mark is the same character Bradley is in the ongoing videos

Mark to me is a younger version of iconic legend Harry Dean Stanton (who is still going strong, and on Twin Peaks 2017 at 90 years old)

If Summer Bummer charted, that would've happened last week I think
