Unpopular opinion but I'm so ready for the instagram video of her singing and dancing to the song. That's gonna be the moment I'm deceased and over.

Mixing is the most difficult and time consuming part of making a record - it's easy to do badly, but if you want to do it well (and keeping in mind that once you've done it, it's virtually set in stone forever) it can be an extremely slow process if you have any more than two instruments.
 
One of the reasons it takes so long is that you can get 'audio fatigue' if you spend too much time listening to the same thing, and you can lose the ability to judge what you're hearing if you don't space it out.

Remember Merna and her FOTM concept of holding an album back for 6 months? As cool as the concept was, it backfired, her stuff leaked and she was disappointed. Since Lana obviously does not do promo, there is no reason to hold back stuff too long if it's finished.

i honestly would HATE if something leaks because that would affect Lana's plans and the information has been spreading so fast lately. I've heard the title track and YAIL has been sold/traded several times and fuck, that's ugly! They claim to be Lana's biggest fan and they're doing this to her? Its stupid.

Is this like the calm before the storm? And by storm i mean the moment lana actually announces something. Because it feels like just yesterday this thread was buzzing (lol) with chatter and now everything is moving sooo slow.

well i mean of course it's shitty for lana but at least we got more songs+ ultraviolence.

And it really sucks bc its one of my favourite songs and ill never get used to "looking for love" and "their games". I just sang it too much with those wrong lyrics

i like these two and goodbye kiss better than the covers on her albums.. blue velvet was cute and it screamed lana but her nina covers are youtube worthy at its best. i'd rather have a ldr original instead.
