i could be wrong but i feel like hardcore lana fans (say this loosely now lol) are feeling this intense disappointment at her laziness and want to punch her whereas normies who have never been stans probably just think the delay is creating excitement and anticipation... and that could be why it sells a truckload and does really well

I love the delusion but I gotta disagree. As far as I'm concerned the poetry book ruined NFRs scheduled release because she started to really enjoy writing it (nice for her) and got in her head that it needs to be released before the album (not nice for us). I'm very happy to eat my own words if she surprise drops it but i'm about 99% convinced that's not happening. 

Plus, it feels like half of what’s written in there could fit in the random Lana discussion thread.

This gucci campaign is such a blessing to us, seems like the contract she signed with that brand forces her to do more interviews than she would ever do in promotion of her own music.

This was not my type of album at all so I'll refrain from judging it. Regardless some songs are very catchy, for example: You & Karma.

remember when lana delayed Tropico for months and it ended up being epic/iconic/revolutionary,,,,,,, maybe NFR will be the same
