  1. This Grammy night had me crying. One of the best shows they had in a long time. How emotional I felt seeing all my faves and talented musicians in one room. First of all, the acceptance speeches by all the winners but especially Beyoncé, Chappell, Gaga, Shakira and Doechii had so much power behind them. Showing appreciation to the fire fighters, the immigrants, black women, the LGBT community, and especially trans people and making a powerful demand from record labels to support their developing artists more. It was also incredible to see all these amazing women cry and celebrate each others' wins and messages, no egos, just divine female energy at its purest and most authentic form. This is what celebrating women looks like! They cried and I cried. So happy to see all the most incredible and deserving black artists celebrated. Beyoncé, SZA, Doechii and Kendrick are at the top of their game. Doechii and Bey breaking records with their wins as they should. Charli, St. Vincent, Kacey, Miley, Sabrina, Chappell, Beysus, Gaga... My little homosexua heart can't take all my talented mothers winning awards all in one night. Although I would have loved to see Taylord, Billie and Raye also win just to have the full roster, it didn't feel like an upset that they lost. There will always be some who go empty handed and those amazing girls already won huge by having the biggest album, biggest song of the year and making Brits history respectively. Raye's time in America will come and she would have gave the same speech as Chappell (talking to record labels) so I felt like her message she has been sharing for years was heard on that stage. Meanwhile, the winners of those big categories had so much cultural weight and significance behind them, it finally felt like Grammys got it right and didn't feel like anyone was being robbed like it was in many previous years. Congrats to Dan N*gro and Amy Allen, helping create all these amazing bops, the best producer and songwriter we have right now. Lady Gaga, I love you Lady Gaga; she dropped SOTY and VOTY while having an incredible tribute performance + winning a record breaking Grammy. At her artistic peak, happiest self and looked spectacular. OGHs, trust it is going to be the most difficult year for you yet. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome of artists and music to be winning this year. What an incredible year for bops. Thank you America, thank you Lady Gaga and thank you pop music. #ABRACADABRA #AMINORRRRRRRR #FUCKYOUDONALDTRUMP xoxo 111
