I’m sorry but this is where it started going downhill. She very well could’ve dropped that on SoundCloud along with 105 but she wanted a hit… this is where it all began I think 

you would thought they learned their lesson after flop starts now, crapnuts, if kim is a flopster and farrrrt, yet here we are. this label WON'T learn. it will only get more and more generic and worse with every single that flops until she either gets a hit or get to such a critical point with flopping that they drop her (mind you this could take 5-ish years of false starts and career destruction until they decide to drop her)

I need a mass leak from her! Lately I’ve been obsessed with her music… feels I’m in the same headspace this time in my life. Looove the way she interpolates pop and the gypsy/tribal sounds! Such a unique sound… and the themes of her songs are so inspiring. Makes me wanna take a bus and travel the world freely with no attachments 
 
Not that into her earlier stuff though. I love electro pop but nothing special or unique there, could have been done by Kesha, Porcelain, Kerli or even Natalia Kills. 
 
Born To Be Remembered is her best work and I will die on that hill  very emotional and dreamy

it's not that she isn't genuine anymore, she just got signed up by a major record label and we all know how difficult it can be to be signed to a label. they want hits, they want to make profit and this is what's happening with kim. they're trying so hard to make her do stuff she probably doesn't want to in order to have a hit. i think deep down she's still very genuine, we heard the problematique scrapped songs, they're very og kim to me. she's compromising and playing their game and nothing is going well since then... (she got a #1 and a grammy but i wouldn't call that a win since it's for unholy )

she started independent releasing a lot of singles ( with the rainbow colored single art), which was super exciting. She then follows up with her halloween album (Turn Off The Light) and Clarity. her concerts were so much fun, the music was good with very original lyrics, exciting collabs (for example Charli XCX), she seemed very genuine and funny. she honestly felt like the next big pop star that was “selfmade” for most people. 
 
i feel like it went downhill after malibu/future starts now and especially with slut pop
