I went to a vintage clothing store today with a friend and oh my god there was so much inspiration for the L4L era that I feel like Lana just ignored

I found this dress in the early 1970s section and I'd love to see Lana wear something like this in a Get Free music video, raising her arms slowly over her head as she walks into a sunset framed with a rainbow across the sea, with the sky melting from a murky dusk to an expanse of glistening stars

Lust For Life era has the worst visuals. There is not a single video from this era that I wanna watch again..
(& don't @ me about it but the Love video reminds me of some HD Plasma Screen TV commercial. It's just about the special effects.)
 
I really like 11 out of 16 tracks on the album. She decided to make a visual for one of those 11 tracks & now I think that it was better left untouched. Some of the songs have so much potential & this era deserved so much better.

Honeymoon and Ultraviolence are so perfectly executed and the concepts are so intertwined throughout the songs. Lust for Life just isn't consistent. I love it and it features some of my favourite Lana tracks ever (Cherry, WTWWAWWKD, TNC, Heroin & Get Free) but it's just unfocused. She called it an album "for the fans", so I hope she goes back to making albums for herself with LDR6.

 

For me, it would have to be UV = HM > LFL > BTD > AKA > P

I'd rather have Yos, RBFY and BAR included in a Lust For Life: The [insert dramatic name] Edition than in the next album. But we're never getting them until like 2022 when someone decides to leak them.
