Groupie Love and Summer Bummer truly are beautifully crafted songs, as are Love, Lust for Life, Coachella - Woodstock in My Mind, and the live version of Cherry (based on the snippets, the studio version sounds just as incredible!) I can't even begin to imagine what the rest of the record is going to sound like.

Which songs are you most excited for?
I'm excited to hear every song but God Bless America - And All the Beautiful Women In It, Tomorrow Never Came, Beautiful People Beautiful Problems, When the World Was At War We Kept Dancing, and Change stood out to me in particular.

It's from the presumed back cover of the physical versions of LFL! Lana posted it on Twitter this morning

I hear it in both Spotify and iTunes, and I love it. It adds something a bit personal to the song, and truly solidifies that fan-artist connection that she's trying to convey in the song.

I know it's a little premature to already be talking about LDR6, but since Lana said she's not completely at where songs like Yosemite portrayed her to be, maybe while she continues writing for her next record (assuming she's probably already began, knowing her) maybe she'll grow a bit more into that mindset?

She did say that BAR/Architecture, Yosemite, Roses Bloom For You, and another track (maybe SR?) did not fit the aesthetic of LFL, so maybe we'll see them on the next record, since she alluded to the fact that a few of those songs would have their place in the future. Maybe another EP/reissue as Paradise was to BTD will be released. I do hope we'll hear Yosemite one day, though, since she talked so fondly of it. However, I'm just grateful that we have new music from Lana regardless. Stanning Lana truly is a treat and I love everything she's put out during all her eras, so I know she will not disappoint with this record.

Groupie Love is so beautifully done. From the slightly tropical and 'wet' atmosphere, I feel like it's the perfect blend between what we loved so much about BTD/Paradise and Honeymoon. It really feels like an homage to her past work but with something new. A 'retro-future' indeed.

I actually think it's so cool that Lana described that she left Yosemite and BAR off the album and kept the more upbeat/ collab songs simply because she had a change in personality and mood halfway through the record. She said that Yosemite and BAR were written at a time when she was more reserved and perhaps alone a lot, more serene. But as she went out more and met more people, she must've felt more excited and happy, so her music followed that which is why we have beat driven tracks like SB Zane GL. We all know how she's been going out a lot and the fact that that is inspiring the music is cool to me. It goes to show that Lana is a person so heavily influenced by her emotions and her environment. When I write music or poetry, I can write something so happy and sexy because I spent a night out with friends. The next day I may spend it alone and I'm not sad about it, I just become more introspective because things are more quiet and I'm allowed to spend more time with my thoughts.

I love that Lana isn't afraid to admit that she is human in the sense that she may be on one path one day and then completely shift to a different one the next. It may not be convenient for that shift to occur right in the midst of putting out a record, but I think that it is cool to acknowledge that change. She's a person and an artist who is sincere. She isn't going to put out another record that hasn't changed as she changed. This album has all the songs it should have and the songs that didn't fit Lana anymore, didn't fit the record and I can respect that. It definitely sounds like we'll hear Yosemite and BAR in the future and it will be our reward for Lana's progression.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love the two new songs!
Lana looks absolutely gorgeous in the pictures included in the box set! I really love the aesthetic that came with the Love music video.
I absolutely love Lana - can't wait for the record to be released :-)
