Maybe this is old news, but she appears to be saying "L.A. L.A." at the beginning, right before the first verse. I never noticed before now, but it really makes a lot of sense given the contents of the lyrics and how it was presented in Tropico. It's more obvious in the Mokadem remix that starts out more acapallaish. 

Just heard it for the first time and these lyrics are so impressive or real af as some would say.
 
Especially the line
"One gun on the table
Headshot if you're able"
 
I'm really curious as what period of her life she's describing in them. I get a recent vibe but who knows.

i think in terms of that she looks less "Lolita" and more "The Other Woman" mature

I am in love with the fact that this Magazine usually features men to be the cover stars.. And there she is on the front cover , she has this masculine tone but looks ansutely gorgeous and it's very calmed .. Love it! Btw I saw this on Twitter "@LanaDReyCrew: Lana Del Rey will also be doing a cover story for AnOther Man magazine Spring/Summer 2015 issue!" ?? Is she covering the next issue as well?

Who has been one of your favorite artists to work with?
Lana is one of my favorites. She’s such a special friend to me and we just get each other.
Andrew Wyatt from Miike Snow was a massive contributor to my album and is one of my favorite people to work with as well. We’re friends first. He knew what every lyric meant the second I showed them to him because we talk about this kind of stuff naturally. On top of that he is incredibly talented. His background vocals are on so many of the tunes and exactly the kind of sound I’ve had in my head for years.
What of your past work are you most proud of?
I love Lana’s first album. I love some of the stuff I did with Kid Cudi on his first couple projects. I love working with Eminem. Him and his crew in Detroit were such a huge part of the beginning of my career, I’m super proud to be a part of his albums these days.
