She drank beer? This is very interesting to me. (I'm partial drawn to Lana because of her history with alcohol, and my own experience in dealing with alcoholism)
In her own words, she has admitting to being sober for a very long stretch of time, and even admitting to wanting to be able to drink again in the future. Im extremilly happy for her if she has finally found that balance in her life where she can enjoy alcohol without fear of a relapse. (Kinda where I am in my life right now.)

I have been staning Lana since her Lizzy days, but when I see videos like this, I simply cannot wrap my mind around the actions of these “fans”. If I saw Lana being mobbed like this, I don’t care how badly I would want to see her, I would stay away. I would hate to add onto the mess of all that, and I cannot imagine that it does not stress her out.

Derma fillers do indeed fade away. She has definitely had work done but it's all considered "non surgical". TBH I don't blame her, if I could afford it I would opt for similar procedures. It's her body and if it makes her feel better about herself, by all means I hope she does what she wants. The only thing I would worry about it her doing something and regretting it
