Taylor's team is extremely litigious and any forum that's not highly moderated would be considered unacceptable, in their eyes; She could never have a true LanaBoards-style forum that's active long-term for that reason alone.

I couldn't defend her at all during QFTC or even the Annie Mac interview, however what I will ALWAYS defend her on is when NME spun what she said into "Trump needed to happen" clickbait. That was BAD and so uncalled for  Totally agreed that those entire few months leading up to COCC humazined her for me instead of continuing my idolization @lilac heaven

i really think she pushed it back bc of miley releasing/physicals not being ready– with her streaming #s doing insanely well and all the variants of the record, i think her team really want her to get a #1 record with this one. imo they're treating this record as what NFR's follow up should've been (if it weren't for QFTC and covid)– hugely received, doing big #s, and critically adored due to her newfound status (circa NFR) in the mainstream/with critics as a Great American Songwriter.

flashbacks to listening to the Annie Mac interview live being so excited that the Chemtrails title track just came out, just for that excitement to immediately dissipate as my heart fell into my stomach when Annie starting asking her exclusively political questions for whatever reason that i just knew were going to be twisted in some way because QFTC and the mask and the cop thing were still fresh in everyone’s minds  can’t believe that was already two years ago

I buried this deep in my memories. People were trying to figure out if she was talking about Azealia or if she was talking about Kanye. 

the amount of things lana has done that have been just genuinely stupid and ignorant are less than 10, and even only one of those things i actually hold against her because she didn't have any negative intentions for any of those things

Agreed, this album is shaping up to be what I expected and wanted Blue Banisters to be. A little deeper and more refined

Respectfully, she's never done something like this on any of her studio albums so I don't think it means anything regarding a Blue Banisters 2.0
