Marina is such a common name she won't be the first thing to pop up when you typre 'marina singer' in google. There are about 10 singers with that name. Stupid.

Meh, we're just not used to seeing it on it's own. We'll get used to it.
 
However, I wish she would have gone with "Marina Diamandis" rather than just her first. Her last name keeps the diamonds in some form and it's still her actual name. Also, Marina is not that unique of a name--she's no Beyonce or Adele. Having her last name would help her stand out as much as she did with "& the Diamonds". 

Immortal, Savages, Froot, Happy, Gold, & Solitaire are the lyrical highlights of the album!! If INHA was on the album it definitely would be included.

I ADORE FROOT with all my heart BUT the music videos from the era were all pretty tragic. The only good mvs were Blue and Immortal.
Froot video= boring.
IAR video= slow, boring, ugly looking.
Forget= it looks great but it's just her on a spinning stage... nothing  else.
Immortal video= GREAT.
Blue= 10/10

I love how this threa is really an endless cycle of talking about EH X TFJ X FROOT and it's always fun and something new even thought this has been the discussion for the last... 2 years or so.
 
For real? TFJ is underrated as hell.

Solitaire is one of my favorite songs on FROOT tbh. Especially the pre-chorus. The amount of slander it gets is ridiculous.

i love billie's music & shes so talented. shes also very good live the 3 times ive seen her.
but her personality is just so cringeworthy that it makes me h*te her :/ 

TFJ is great for her one-liners. I hope she has something as memorable as this on some song 

It’s the reverse for me, I’m personally more into Froor & The Family Jewels. Electra Heart is amazing, but it feels the weakest out of all her records. There is no real cohesive tracklist. Especially with all the area related exclusives (Buy The Stars, Living Dead, Lonely Hearts Club, etc.)
