I love how you can really here the Phil Spector influence. The drums sounds almost exactly like the iconic drums in Be My Baby, and the spoken verses sound like something from a Shangri Las song.

I honestly hope there's no cover on this album, but if there is I hope she covers something by Bob Dylan or Joan Baez. It would make sense with the political themes she's been talking about. Also, she can't pull off jazz at all, but her voice is perfect for folk songs.

Sweetheart, it's not an interview. It's a conversation between Lana and Courtney, it literally says that on the cover. Anyways, this album will be legendary. Abel and Sean are both amazing and I really hope Max Martin produced something.

It'll be iconic if Lana collaborates with the woman who killed Kurt Cobain and the woman who broke up The Beatles.

It's most likely not gonna happen, but I would be so here for a collaboration with Yoko Ono. I get why people who only know the video of her screaming at an art exhibition would be against it, but she's also made amazing music like this: + it would fit so well with the more socially aware vibe she's going for.

I really love proto-punk bands like The Velvet Ungerground, Iggy Pop, Television and Patti Smith as well as postpunk bands such as Bauhaus, Joy Division and early Nick Cave. I'm not the biggest fan of the more noisy side punk, even though this one of my favorite songs: Uh, and I also really like some of the newer Punk bands such as Iceage:

I'm gonna kill someone (perhaps myself) if the albums isn't called Best American Record. That title sounded so iconic and bold and just awesome. Architecture on the other hand would compete with whatever halseys new album is called as the worst title ever.
