I love Emile Haynie's production I know he isnt very popular on here but I love everything him and Lana have done together

HBTB was the best choice for a lead single on HM.

Neil Krug's photos of Lana are some of her best pics.

Honeymoon is my favorite album.. it sounds so mature and I can relate to it so much.. like to me it seems like a big growing point for her. And I also love that it almost has this like Italian vacation feel- especially in Salvatore (duh) and Terrence loves you. It's just such a beautiful and poetic album.  

I agree with you, although it's a lovely (pun most shamelessly intended ) song it is 'safe'. However this is the single therefore it is made to appeal to the widest audience. I think the rest of the album will be much more abstract and Lana esque. A bit like HBTB, I really liked it but to me it felt a bit safe, but if you compare it to the slow jazy sounds of the album, you can see why it was chosen as the main single for commercial appeal.

TL;DR - She lives her life and this person is heated about it.

Lana is just at her best when she's storytelling. I don't think she's good at expressing her personal feelings from within, unless she's telling it from a narrator point of view.

I find BTD one of her worst videos because she does not look like herself in it. Her face is just so different to how it really looks like... Really weird

i honestly don't think the Love mv is one of her best- to me it aesthetically felt like it was all over the place. I don't want to say it's her worst because it's not bad at all, but I can't think of any of lana's mv s that aren't better than it. I actually like HBTB a lot better than Love....    (just my personal opinion!!!) 
 
When she said that this album is going to be for the fans and follow the same sound as Love I got a little disappointed but I still have faith in Lana to deliver something great!
 
I also don't get why everyone drags Honeymoon? It's a beautiful album- there are so many beautiful songs and as a whole it has a very solid atmosphere to it. Like yeah there's zero bops on it but not everything has to be a bop to be good! 

Cruel World is so overrated. I'd take Is This Happiness and Flipside any day over CW tbh

I don't know if this is necessarily an unpopular opinion but Neil Krug can literally do no wrong. All of his Lana photos are beautiful and eccentric and I would be happy if he did album art for every record forward    I think he's one of the few people that really captures what Lana's vision is for each record.
