It doesn't take that long for CDs. Printing those kind of things can be done really fast, like one or two weeks tops. The one thing that does take much longer, though, is producing the vinyl records, as there are not many vinyl pressing plants left; most of them were closed down many years ago, and now that vinyl has started to become more popular again, there's not enough left. That's why many artists' releases are available digitally and on CD immediately, but it takes several weeks or even months until people receive their vinyls.
Remember the Lust For Life fiasco, anyone? 

Two things:
 
1. Should we assume the label didn't let her call the album "Norman Fucking Rockwell", so she changed the name to "The Greatest" and it may be also the title track she
drops before the album, as usually?
 
2. Was the comment from Neohumanism about today's "appointment" just a glimpse of luck after a random try, or does that account has an actual connection to Lana or her team?

I'm just imagining my first listen of NFR and I feel it's gonna be 10 times more special than LFL. What if she just renamed MAC and VB and the video is actually just 1min BTS of the MV for Angel and she recites one of her poems for the rest of the video.

Maybe she took 11 months to release the album because she needed to learn how to surf to shoot the music video
 
The pilot thing might also be for the video and she just recently got her license. Watch her be piloting a helicopter and stalking herself back in 2015 and getting shot at the end

i love this and im happy we are getting this...but if she really is gonna do a 50s theme with surfers and muscle beach and bright colors and cartoon whatever the fuck. thats very un-cohesive from what we got with mac and vb. this album is gonna feel weird as there rly is no set theme or direction. at first i really just felt like this album was serving a very laid back be one with nature anti-vaxx mom and their bottled air from mount everest teas. now we are getting this dolled up high produced concept? confusing but its better than nothing!

when i first saw the logo especially considering it’s for her merch shop i thot it looked like a fun surf shop logo, like remember that yellow sailing shirt she had on her shop for ages?? i’m envisioning that kind of stuff, i’m not really a fan of comics so i prefer my idea but the strong guy did tag marvel & dc comics in his lana post
