I did another Honeymoon album cover and I think it's my favorite one I've done tbh!
And then I did a more obscure Salvatore single cover, which was inspired by the whole atmosphere of the song.

i finally found the perfect pictures to use for these covers. the paradise and the unreleased covers are definitely inspired by glam 60s - 70s vixens. like if a bond girl was a singer on the side lol.
for the ultraviolence one, i wanted a kind of dark/almost gritty rock feeling to it. like a rock or metal album cover from the late 80s or the 90s. it's simple but conveys a story imo!

December 2012 I buy First Aid Kit's The Lion's Roar.
In love with the artwork, I check the booklet for credits, introduced to photographer Neil Krug and begin following him on flickr religiously favouriting his uploads and think his vision matches Lana's style.
Begin commenting "Are you a fan of Lana Del Rey? You should totally work together", which he acknowledges himself
April 2014 Lana Del Rey and Neil Krug collaborate on the visuals for her album Ultraviolence. This is the beginning of a prolific creative partnership which would include further collaborations for 3 publications and further personal projects, also Honeymoon, the album she would release the next year.
March 2014 I predict The Other Woman will appear on Ultraviolence 2 months before the tracklist is announced in fanmade artwork
March 2012 I post a fake magazine cover featuring the title "The Mysterious Ways of Miss Lana Del Rey"
October 2015 Lana Del Rey covers Billboard magazine with the same title

i really don't think she'll get nominated. if she does, she won't win. imo, the Grammys are another attention-grab for those who already have mainstream appeal. taylor will win more than one prize. probably bruno mars + mark ronson too. basically it all depends on how noticed the song or album has been that year, and how many copies they sold. it's sad, but it's true. good music doesn't get recognized by the organization that is supposed to acknowledge it.
