I don't get why the album is getting released in October when the vinyl is coming next year. What's the point of waiting so long? Also the "deluxe" vinyl is super expensive and so is the shipping. I hate her store. Also she is a swedish artist - why is there no EU store?

Even though it's the album I revisit the least it's definitely the one that changed my musical taste forever. Without this album I would have never fallen in love with artists such as Weyes Blood, Father John Misty or Billie. She changed my perspective with this record and for that I'll forever be grateful. Also it's her best era imo. The visuals, the pictures, the boxset, the ep/movie and the SNL performance ()- everything about this release is iconic. I just played the record and was enjoying it like I haven't in years.

Idk why anyone would hate on the bonus tracks tbh. They are all better than Pandora's Box, Goodbye (& I Love You But I Love Me More). The deluxe edition feels like the full album. With 10 tracks it felt more like an EP. I am happy. This is what I wanted last year and I am happy we got it. She def needs to step up her production for the next album - that was bit of an issue on this record imo.

I need the Deluxe on vinyl asap.

I loved the demo she posted on IG for Happy Loner - the full reworked song is underwhelming at first listen. Let's hope it grows on me.

I really want this cover for RSD 2022. That would be so iconic. Especially if that ends up being the version with the blue vinyl. The meltdowns. Hahah

I just revisited this album today after a long time and god is this album under appreciated. It's a masterpiece and one of the albums that changed music forever. It changed the music I listen to and broadened my horizon. It is a great stepping for the rest of her discography. I def needed this album to fall in love with UV and HM. Same for artists like Weyes Blood, Father John Misty etc. It is all thanks to this album and Video Games. This album definitely needs some kind of legacy award. It is not without reason that songs like TJF or Cinnamon Girl are fan favs - they all sound very BTD. Also the album cover is so iconic - it's crazy. The videos for BTD, NA, BJ and SS are some of her best music videos. They were all an event and I lived for it. That era is her best one. We got so much. As far as I know this is also her only album where all songs from the standard edition are certified in the US. That's crazy. I really would love to get a boxset next year with colored vinyl, bonus tracks and a photobook. Also an in-depth interview about this album (track by track) and the whole era.

Do we have a release date? I am so excited for the bonus tracks. I know they will better than the second half of the standard album.

Anyone else having trouble with the white vinyl? Living Legend sounds awful. Especially the first chorus has some pops that are really disturbing.
