I'm joining you bbs. Oct 22 is just too special for me (Dune comes out as well) and I was already getting in my "this won't leak" mindset. I know listening in a week will be special. Even though I am DYING to press play.

i mean yea true I remember that... and cherry & 13 beaches still sounded gloriously good that first time when I caved but it seems like the mixing is too odd in what we've listened to so far that having it in 128kbps might make it sound kind of worse.
 
Also, Idk when we'll get another album with original songs from her so I'll rather wait longer and build anticipation.

Anyone who wishes the album to be leaked didn't had the Lust for Life experience, Love promotion (the first time she ever did promo after 5 years) got CANCELLED, the album got pushed back 4 months, she added features (some questionable), and Cherry MV getting shelved.
 
Ever since then I don't wish another album to be leaked at least a month before release. 
 
But even so we all know how inevitable that is and how in the coming days we'll have the full album, some stems, a new title for an unreleased song which we'll crave for over 3 years before it leaks and maybe instrumentals if insiders feel that type of way.
 
Trauma. I honestly deserve a Veteran discount at Walmart.

I’m very glad Lana didn’t go to the MET (and I hope she doesn’t attend next year either). 
 
I mean not out of negativity but I really hope this whole “disconnect and live a normal life because I’m tired of culture” deal is truly authentic (and I think it is). I wouldn’t really blame her about changing her mind (because we all do) but it would mean some sort of step back from the mindset she is in right now. 
 
Also not to put another artist on the spotlight but look at Lorde. She went full out about being ill of celebrity status, playing the martyr advocate of the planet, being disconnected and what not… and she shows up at the MET as “Jesus”, shows up half naked and with expensive ass dresses on Vogue… etcetc
 
i know artists need a platform to
get their message across but you preach with actions. That said…. i am glad Lana is out of this whole toxic internet environment and I hope for her best and whatever keeps her happy even if that meant no more music from her (I doubt that but hey..)
