Thinking of selling some of my vinyls, mainly my alternate Lana pressings because a) its kind of crazy to have multiple of 1 album and b) i don’t have a quality player so I haven’t been playing them since finding out cheap record players will damage the vinyl. Does anyone know the safest way to ship a vinyl if I were to resell them online? When I order them they always come in like a box designed for vinyls but I never saved those. Will a regular carboard box be fine? Should I fill the gaps with bubblewrap or something?

It’s obviously awful and predatory, but that’s not surprising to me I’ve always assumed the reason these obviously bullshit churches are popular amongst celebs is because they cater the whole thing to appeal to a celebrity’s psychology. Business wise it makes total sense to do that, you can suck hundreds of thousands of dollars out of them. Why bother making regular people feel welcome when they only donate a few bucks a week versus whatever massive sum the celebs are giving? I was kinda giving her the benefit of the doubt with churchome because megachurches are obviously preying on people but if the special treatment is as blatant as people say she’s sort of dumb for not seeing they’re taking advantage of her like come on girl..

Make sure you’re registered to vote! You can try vote.org to check your status but your state’s secretary of state website is probably more accurate. For my state you can also begin the process of requesting an absentee ballot- you don’t need to “prove” you’ll be absent or anything- they’ll give you one regardless if you fill your information out and you’re registered.
