I love that! And me too! Even just hearing the title track and Let Me Love You Like a Woman, there's such a timeless quality about not only the production and her writing, but just her voice in general. There's such a golden tone and warmth to it that is very comforting yet still evocative. I always felt like her voice was super motherly in that way, and to me, that aspect of her artistry is just one of many things that make her my favourite. I am so excited to see where she takes us! <3

I know this is basically the post-release thread, so while I haven't read any spoilers or listened to the album yet, I just wanted to say that I feel like her best, rawest, most personal work is imminent, and hopefully you guys who have listened can already say that!
I am so excited! We're only 177 hours away, which is insane. The month of the release is always my favourite 

To my fellow Canadians regarding the red vinyl with exclusive artwork -  try calling your local Sunrise Records and read them the part number of the LP (which is 602435534039)! Mine happened to be receiving 7 copies and I reserved one for myself! 
 
 I know @hlxon graciously let us know about Sunrise listing it on their site but I believe there's no way of ordering it directly from there so if you don't want to pay extra and go through the hassle of using an international forwarding service like Re-Ship, hopefully this works for you!

i got my t-shirt and it’s a little see through but overall good quality. idk why the face mask didn’t ship with the shirt tho. now i wait for the sweater & wind breaker

literally driving myself insane not listening to this album before the 19th.. all that keeps replaying in my head is the TJF snippet w the cat meows.. i know this wait will be worth it tho.  

Chemtrails Over The Country Club is THAT song. She's iconic, she's the moment, she has the range and she has the flavour. Other girlies wish to have what COCC has. A timeless bop that will go on for generations. People will be living on Mars and listening to COCC to get a glimpse of what life was like on Earth.
