What a shitshow

before getting my refund email from bravado i sent them this yesterday:
Also, the other stores have gotten an update saying the signed cards are delayed until new year’s. Are you sure that isn’t the case here too? 
 
and they responded today with:

This is currently being clarified internally and you will receive information from us as soon as we have received precise information. 

Unfortunately, the information has been imprecise so far.

Every time I read anything about Bravado/the staff there it's like... wut?! Some of them are saying it's cancelled, others are saying it's delayed. Some of them want you to send back the CD, some don't care about the CD coming back. Some of them are refunding 7 euros, while others, 5. These clowns need to sort out their circus.  

i got a full refund and got to keep my cd but someone on insta had to send the cd back to get a full refund… bravado literally have no idea what they’re doing 

That store is a nightmare   At this point they clearly have no idea what they're doing. I'm so sorry for you @wildflowerwildfire

update, here’s their answer:

Yeah pretty sure my email is left on read now too.. Thankfully I paid through paypal and will try to get a refund through them

They‘re obviously lying… I’m sure they never sent out any cards. I‘m so pissed!

Bravado has not yet answered my email but now I'm veeeery interested to see what they will offer me, maybe 6€?

I emailed Bravado asking them about the cancelled cards, why we only get refunds when we actually ask for them and why they're selling items that are not even existing. That really is the worst customer service I ever came across. At this point I don't know if I should scream or cry - I was so happy that I was able to buy a signed card for the normal price and not from a scalper on eBay. Now waiting for their reply 

I think it is pretty obvious that the Canadian, French and German store signed cards are cancel. Very shameful! Especially the partial refund after all this waiting and time wasted.

I don't know how it works for Americans, but in my home country, it is believed that if y'all see white butterflies the day your loved one gone, it is actually that person comes to see you and give you one last goodbye before they move on to the next life, because they just want to spend a few more moments with the people they loved and cared about the most when they were alive.

i asked bravado about the signed card again and also reminded them of their email where they said that the signed cards will be shipped out early december and they said

If you havent received your card yet, it was not possible to deliver the card to you. Therefore the only option seems to refund you a part of the costs. 
 
 
ALSO they just wanna give me €7 back? 
so my sassy ass responded with:
I want a refund of €16,99 which was the whole cost of the signed cd, and not only €7. I didn’t even want the cd in the first place, I only ordered it because of the signed card. It’s not really my fault that you decided to ship out the cds before getting the signed cards. 

I don't know where to post but I need to say this , I love Yosemite so so much. Easily one of my fave songs of hers. I can't rank her discography but I just know for me that I would put it in the top 10. Lyrically it might not be her best written song but still I love the lyrics a lot. I love the place  she is singing about. Also sonically it's somehow so mystical almost magical to me. The acoustic guitar,  the sound  effects The bridge is one of my fave moments in her discography,  there is something so special about it. Also it might sound crazy  but Yosemite sounds like nature, like it channels the energy of an mystic , old  place somewhere in nature maybe even like a place like the actual Yosemite national park
