Lasso: I guess we'll have a title track as we always do so semi legit

Prettiest Girl in Country Music: The Nikki collab but I don't think she's using it

Hey Blue Baby & I Must Be Stupid for Being so Happy: The two country Jack tracks from around NFR... I doubt she properly recorded them for the album but they're cute

Henry, Come On: The only "confirmed" track and we don't even know if that's the real title

Four wheels moves the body, two wheels moves the soul: her IG caption and a popular quote so I think it's just about her love for motorbikes and Coachella entrance/exit

Has Anyone Else Died For You: The Coachella billboard about SNL... the font is interesting so maybe it's a hint for a song too (?) It's the most suspicious one

feat. Dolly Parton: She visited her home so maybe they recorded something or maybe she just wanted to fangirl

Those are my guesses but there's basically nothing confirmed about anything

Imagine she says “sorry lasso is cancelled I’m still working on new music” and we have to go back to the LDRX pre-pre-release thread

I wish I didn’t collect all the variants ffs, she really going overboard now and I’m still gonna buy it so fool on me

Imagine owning all 7 variants of this album like you could’ve payed one months rent on a loft in the city or you can have the same album in 7 colours

I just finished Wide Sargasso Sea, a post colonial, post modernism feminist response to Jane Eyre. Loved it personally although I can see why it has mixed reactions.

I also recently read my first James Joyce, A Portrait of an Artist as a Young Man. There were moments of brilliant prose but overall it dragged too much for me. I'll try more Joyce though.

Before that, I read The Dispossessed by Ursula K Le Guin, a great exploration of anarchism, capitalism, etc in a science fiction setting.

I Who Have Never Known Men, a dystopian by Jacqueline Harpman, was also excellent. It will probably stay with me for a long time.

The Crying of Lot 49 was my first time reading Pynchon and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a trip! I'll re-read it later for sure. It's also such fun seeing how many people are inspired by it, including Radiohead, one of my favourite bands! I am now seeing W.A.S.T.E everywhere.

Giovanni's Room was also my first James Baldwin, and I fell in love with his minimalist prose. What a great tragic story and so far ahead of its time. I will absolutely be reading more Baldwin.

I could go on and on but ...

I'm now reading The Word for World is Forest, a short story by Ursula Le Guin, and will then be moving onto The Sailor Who Fell from Grace with the Sea, my first Mishima, which I bought recently.

ok damn billie! she called out artists who put out multiple vinyl variants with slight  differences to get you to buy all of them.

i have to agree because tbh vinyl variants should’ve always been about different colored vinyls/covers as a fun alternative to the album’s standard cover or black vinyl. and then also a deluxe record is fine too. but putting out different variants with a different song on each like taylor & olivia did…i think it’s very wasteful.

I have literally not read over 99% of the books I have, as i've only read 1 and I have probably about 150
I only actually ever read 2 books my whole life, 1 in school called Farenheit 451 as I had to do an essay about it for the exam and the first hunger games book. I want to read them and kind of plan to do it but I never do it, in school when we had to take library books to do book reports I never done a single one. I always took the punishment or detention.

I tried to persuade my partner we should go to Paris for his birthday (this is 4 days before his birthday), and he replied to me "I think I want to go to Antartica"!!
He wasn't joking, he really wants to go. There's no chance of seeing Lana in Antartica
So happy for all of you going to this

I'm currently reading Rouge by Mona Awad and I love it even more than Bunny! I can totally recommend it to all Lana fans because it has a very melancholic yet beautiful vibe. However there is an insane amount of Tom Cruise in this book for some reason...

so i started playing sims 2 earlier this year and fell very hard for it im in love.. it took a while to get it to work but i figured it out (acottonsock you will always be famous). the cas isnt great but it runs better than sims 4 ever did and its wayyyyyyy more fun. everyone was right.  i probably played more hours of sims 2 in a month than i played sims 4 in total
but ive been wanting to play the other games, and the other week i found a perfect condition ts3 cd at goodwill. my laptop doesnt have a disc drive and i was scared the cd was in good condition because the owner used the code to play instead, and my fears came true....i know my laptop probably wouldnt even run it - thats why i got ts2 in the first place - but making me install the EA app just for nothing is sick & twisted. and then today i wanted to play ts4 just for the cas so i reinstalled after years to discover my shitty processor doesnt even meet the minimum requirements anymore and it keeps crashing on launch  so i got mad and pirated sims 1. lets see where this started
