Anytime a new artist comes out and dominates people always start a hate train. I really think she has some talent, the song is pretty good and she has massive potential. I watched her interview on Jimmy Fallon and she seems really nice and funny. I hope she's able to match the success of abcdefu in her future projects

One of the worst criticisms I’ve ever heard about Lana’s music is that “it all sounds the same.” I honestly can’t imagine any song from UV being on Honeymoon and those albums were like a year apart. I feel like all her albums are super different from one another in the production and meaning. I get she has some recurring phrases and imagery but like.. Lust For Life and Chemtrails sound the same? Cmon now

Uhm you need to become a journalist or something!! This is so true. The wave of new Lana fans on TikTok has been a both positive and negative thing. There’s of course new fans coming in that found her music and support Lana and then you have those (the majority imo) that are obsessed with her older songs and are only “fans” because they have this lolita sugar daddy fantasy and they believe that Lana’s music is all about that. I can’t stand it. They’re making a bad image for someone they claim to be a fan of. It’s awful. 
 
I’ll say this: I’ve been listening to Lana since I was 9 years old. Almost half my life. Never have I thought that her music was encouraging or glamorizing any topic she sung about. Even me, as a child, could understand that obviously her music was not supporting the behavior. It’s really harmful that people are spreading the idea that old Lana was purposefully making songs about serious issues as a way to glamorize them or make them seem romantic. It’s making Lana seem like a bad person. If anything, Lana’s music helped me as a child. I seriously don’t know what I would be without her. She has been a huge influence in my life and it really hurts me to see people saying that her music is spreading a bad message just because they won’t take a minute to look at her lyrics and will instead follow a 15 second TikTok clip. 

There’s absolutely no way DNC has nothing to do with anything. The jacket is very basic and Lana could have easily gotten one anywhere but she specifically chose to customize one with DNC for a reason. I don’t believe ATRL insiders unless they have leaked a full song before... so get to it whoever you are! 

Thank you so much for the pictures Elle! I can’t count how many pictures of Lana I’ve seen, but I can say I’m still just as stunned by her beauty every time I see a new one. I really love the title Del Norte County, but it’s very possible the title will change before we get the finished product. I’m expecting a summer release maybe in 2023. I don’t expect yet another album released so close together but I wouldn’t complain 

I'm not sure, but I think she will probably release it as a compilation rather than an album. The songs probably won't flow together or tell a story since they are all written by different singers so I don't think she would consider it her album since she didn't write the songs.

Do we think Say Yes to Heaven will make it onto this one? 

The other day I came across her perfume Thank U Next in Walmart and decided to buy it since I really like Cloud. So, I get home and try it on and love it. Walk into the living room and my whole family tells me I smell like FUCKING PICKLES  Searched it up online and it seems like a common thing with this perfume. Guess I'm sticking to Cloud
I mean no hate to Ariana btw. I personally love the perfume and don't smell pickles at all, but oh well 

The new song is awful but I wasn’t expecting much since it was obviously meant to be a joke. I can’t believe some people on Twitter thought Jimmy Fallon would be serious on a song. It’s so cringey it feels like something my aunt would laugh at.
