I do wish there was more acoustic guitar and some banjos going on, but oh my god this is beautiful. The only reason I've waited this long to even ask for an update is because they are notorious for taking literal months to deliver. The fact that I've already waited 3 months is insane in itself
But their email and phone no longer working is ridiculous... did they decide to close and just keep everyone's money?
Now I'm not sure what to do, keep waiting for another few weeks to see what happens, or just go ahead and report the charge as fraud to my credit card? I still really want the stuff I ordered but there's literally no way to contact the store now

I really enjoy this song, I think she did a great job with her interpretation. Idk why people were expecting anything different. Like yeah I’m be upset if she made Heart Shaped Box a mid temp ballad but this has always been a simple folk song lol.

i may be wrong because i haven't heard the original song, but take me home (country roads) is mellow to begin with, i feel like it would be embarrassing and silly on her end to turn a country classic into some pop bop, it should be obvious by now that she has more of a mellow sound in her music now, and you're just going to keep ending up disappointed by expecting it or wanting it
