Ok, this is sort of random and possibly irrelevant, but I was reading one of Lana's interviews from the UV era and what I've pasted below reminded me of Lana's description of "futureretro" for Honeymoon: She's had some weird dreams lately. "Modern dreams, dreaming in modern times. Really strange. I had a dream that I was waiting for someone to find me, and in the sky, where the stars were supposed to be, it was an Uber map. And I was watching this person get further and further away from me, where the constellations were supposed to be. And I woke up totally confused. " This may have absolutely nothing to do with Honeymoon at all, but it's interesting considering HoneyMOON and she's talking about space here. Also, she described Honeymoon as "futureretro" and these dreams are set in the future. I'm probably reaching here, but just thought I'd share.

Interesting article, thanks for the link! Honestly, I don't have a problem with an entertainer lying about their age/upbringing/background etc. I think it's just sad that we live in such a superficial world where people actually define others by age, cultural background etc. and then people/labels/other management feel the need to hide the truth.

Interesting thread, I love quirky ones like these! I remember last year I was on a holiday and I had BTD on loop as I was walking down the street with my family, and Diet Mountain Dew came on, and I saw someone wearing heart-shaped glasses appear at the exact moment that Lana sang "baby, put on heart-shaped sunglasses, 'cause we gonna take a ride" and then towards the end of the song I saw someone with a bottle of the soft drink mountain dew. It was kinda creepy but cool lol

I hope for a new album that does not simply recycle old material. Lana is very creative and has shown she can cover many different genres well, so I'm hoping Honeymoon is something completely different to anything she's made before tbh.

In Dum Dum I always hear "I'm a pop-less singer" instead of "I'm a pop-blues singer" I know pop-less isn't even a word but I thought she meant she didn't sing pop. I bet she'll premiere the lead single on tour and release it officially on a hot summer night in Mid July.

I knew it was 'cola' and not 'coke' all along! The fact that in Florida Kilos she says "drink a cherry cola lime" also seemed to confirm to me that it was cola.

As much as I love BTD/Paradise, I was kinda hoping for some more UV songs. I hope this setlist is not indicative of what she'll be performing at every location because I'd love her to replace something like Body Electric with a UV song, maybe Black Beauty or Florida Kilos or something (since they're quite popular)? Anyway, I'm super excited to see how things go, and I hope like someone else said HM does have a bit of a jazzy feel to it! I love her jazz inspired tracks like Shades of Cool, Million Dollar Man, Blue Velvet, The Other Woman, etc. Also, excuse my ignorance, but what is 'Sleepwalk (Intro)'?

Wait everyone, I just realised though that it says that she has 24 VIDEOS, but if you count, there's only 23 VIDEOS! So they must have uploaded a new one on private but it's still been counted when you search her name! Idk this is the only theory I can think of. There's no other reason it'd say 24 vides if there's only 23… they must have uploaded some kind of new video but it's just waiting on private.

Active one day ago?? OMG this must mean they've uploaded the music video on private, so that way all they have to do is publish it as public whenever they want to release it, and don't have to wait for it to upload later on. OMG I'm so hyped… Honeymoon is coming, folks!!
