"I am appalled by the recent titling of Lana's new project. She could've worded it as "The right being will stay" or The right lifeform will stay" but she deliberately chose to alienate us aliens by choosing something human-specific. We thought there was an alliance between us, as Lana went from L.A to the Moon a few years ago, but it seems that version of her is gone. she’s not planning to release anything while the LA wildfires are still happening. Since she lives there, it makes sense she wants to focus on what’s going on around her. Hang tight—it’ll come when the time feels right

Geez guys come on. I know it’s been very quiet as of lately but the LA fires aren’t over yet… I don’t think that anyone in LA is in that mindset…
edit: the Weeknd postponed his album release to Jan 31 because of that and his performance at the Rose Bowl was cancelled.

A new Lana x The Weeknd collab would be so exciting
Lana x The Weeknd on January 24th  and then the first TRPWS single (Henry, Come On ) sometime in February would feed us quite well
And I do think we will definitely get another interview around the time she will release Henry, Come On, in which she will spill about more tea about the album to slowly recreate the buzz around the album again

the weeknd x lana being on abel’s final project and the speculations about it have been more exciting than the entire TRPWS era so far 

Obvi pure speculation but a Lady Gaga and final collab with The Weeknd would be more than enough to hold me over until springtime 

Yeah!!! I think with this being the Weeknd's final album or wtv, it would make sense for Lana to be on it.

If this album is a bit of a reset on her persona / totally new direction after the last 3 records then I hope she works with someone new on the album artwork. She’s reinvented herself numerous times through her career: from Lizzie to cinematic sadcore Lana to west coast grunge rock and roller to Honeymoon’s lush old Hollywood jazz singer to 60’s hippie beginning to self reflect on her place in the world to deeply introspective poet who can’t get off her piano. I hope she puts effort into the visuals again even if (actually, especially if) TRPWS is an acoustic guitar, stripped down album.
