the little girl gave herself and lana wings and she drew a fucking HALO over lana
edit: that may be an L from when she was writing lana's name and decided to start over so she scribbled it out, but i choose to see it as a halo

Seeing Lana in DC on 1/25 also my very first concert! Seeing the Queen for your first concert experience was amazing, and I hope it's the same for you!

im not sure if you forgot that two years ago, one of the biggest terroristic acts in the US happened less than 3 miles from where she was performing
or that the day prior to Pulse, Christina Grimmie was SHOT after her concert
or that literally now every event we have there is a threat and police presence swarms said events and concerts

    OR

the fact that we have been rutlesss in leaking her voting registration, leaked her ENTIRE life work in terms of music and most likely ruined her vision and ideas for her discography (Ultraviolence was obviously not supposed to be the version we have ), personal photos from i Cloud twice, stalked and hunt down people she has worked with in the past, leaked pictures form other sources, stolen two of her vehicles, about 3 "fans" break in into two different residential places, research every single place she has lived and rented/owned, etccc etccc

im surprised we dont have her social security.. probably eclipse has it already

yeah i would be overdramatic af about it ..rat

Having slept on this, I think that of course no-one, even lana, isn't above not being sued - ever; but Lana was gracious enough to give  up to 40% which is above being generous and they still didn't respect her goodwill. But I do think, and hope, this is a case of Lawyers being Lawyers. I read somewhere that copyright laws in the US are structured in a way that if you don't defend your property at all times, no matter how inconsequential, then you lose the rights to defend it when the owner finds it fit to do so (or maybe you just weaken your case, I'm not knowledgeable about cr laws, ..). So maybe after all it's only RH's label who is behind it and not the band itself, and RH decided to just let them do and control the situation.

So I do hope we can tone down the RH vs Lana stan war, not because it reflects badly on us but because Lana doesn't need to receive hate from another fanbase, thankfully it seems minimal for now.

EDIT: I'm happy Lana still retains her resolutions/sentiments about the song It was a noble gesture to let the fans know, she knows we care

I swear I've been around since 2012 and all the eras were the same for me and that's just it.

Paradise leaked like weeks before the release...as FKING SNIPPETS. I'll never forget the only missing part of Body Electric was the goddam bridge and the second verse from Gods & Monsters.

Ultraviolence release date was also a mess. Remember "MAY" and then nothing happened
    http://www.nme.com/news/music/lana-del-rey-112-1239923

Ultraviolence music video, Brooklyn Baby as a single, shades of cool cover on twitter and then "coming soon" and the song came out like 2 hours later that was epic nnn

Endless Summer Tour with "Oh the band know new songs but they're not allowed to play it", honeymoon song released in a random day and then 2 months til the official lead single.

    What I really wanna say???
It has been a mess since day 1 but we're all still here so...

For music etc, It's all personal taste I guess. I really love LFL. It's just a great album and If there's a song I don't like (Groupie Love rn) I just skip. I didn't really like Ultraviolence sound back then but I'm ok today and I like most of the record now.

the blue collar workers are people of the working class who do physical work.
The song paints a picture of a young girl in love set in past decades, that is why the first two verses are so descriptive then Stevie's part establishes the scene.
Basically, she has a lover who is too busy to give enough attention to her, this makes her angry and unhappy. So she is beautiful and is the kind of woman the guy wants but it's still not enough. So beautiful (virtuous) people still have problems, they still don't get what they want so why be good? This of course creates a parallel with Stevie (a singer of the past) and Lana (a singer of today), both of them facing the same problem but in differenct periods of time, it's about how even though a lot of time passed the same basic issues still exist between people. Beautiful people still have the same beautiful problems,. (Meaning, I am a great girl but my man neglects me. How annoying!)
