Stutters can get worse as you get older. Stutters also aren’t always present 24/7. Stress, mood, the people you’re around, etc., can affect how bad it is. You can ask someone with a stutter since you’re so attached to the way he speaks. you can dislike Biden but enough with the senile shit. i wasn't going to mention it because i haven't actually been officially diagnosed with a speech impediment but i do struggle with speaking clearly and i do tend to stutter, so i can understand
