If This Bitch Doesn't Fucking Release Roses Bloom For You I Swear To God I Will Be As Angry As I Currently Am At Her For Not Putting It On Lust For Life Or Norman Fucking Rockwell!!!

She really did it dirty, that chorus still haunts me :poordat:

white fucking hot forever...omg I'm already imagining what this album will sound like, I'm picturing heavy gritty guitars that clash and get almost chaotic to the climax (shades of cool) and loud echoey vocals layered in reverb basically I want UV part 2 :flop:  I really hope this record will have passion and intense energy put into it because this is something I've been missing from her, I want unapologetic lyrics! I hope she ditches folk and piano ballads since she's done all she can with it and goes back to her calling aka becoming the queen of grunge

My album predictions:

References towards 40s-70s American culture, specifically relating to Hollywood and the most popular musicians.

Lyrics that mention red, black, or blue clothing

A song that some will considering a bop, while others will consider it a flop

Music videos using various 'vintage filters'

Lyrics will include the words baby, blue, crazy, and die

References to alcohol

Rhyming Bacardi with party

A song featured on a soundtrack that I probably will view as 'meh'

Someone will say "this is her Lizzy Grant era!" while another will say "THIS IS HONEYMOON 2.0"

I will go on a 6 paragraph rant about one minor reference she made

The cover will be shot by Chuck Grant

Rob will post various supportive tweets

Pat's Facebook will remain silent because "me and my momma we don't get along"

Lana will have one folkesque song that someone will compare to Sirens

She'll record a song with Barrie because I love their voices together and, even if they aren't meant to be as a couple, the opportunity to be friends is still there and I just really want Summer Wine 2.0

FUCK YEAH!! I love NFR so damn much but I'm down for some heavy grunge shit next. Maybe I'm thinking too far ahead, maybe I'm just a  :flop:

Twitter won't let her get away with it :(

But I agree 100% with everything you said. I want the rawness, the blood, the chaos, everything.

I know it's been said before, but I really want her to do some sort of grunge album when she uses her voice like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzqSmXp0Dn0

:defeated:

But that will probably never happen  :flop:

If I had one question to ask Lana, it would be to know what that song in the video was, hands down. I think about it all the time. I’m so struck by it. I would love a record where she belts some notes, like in this video or like how she’d sing Heart Shaped Box or Million Dollar Man. A classic rock / jazz fusion album would be a dream.

But for some reason I kind of agree with the general consensus thought that this record may be low key and dreamy, Honeymoon-esque (even though we have absolutely no information about it whatsoever :toofunny:)

Honestly SAME, sis  :defeated:

Those notes are so mesmerizing. It's like Lizzy vocals on crack or something (in a good way)  :icant:

god i've always wanted lana to do those million dollar man type belts in a song i expected some vocals like that for ultraviolence but we never got them  :defeated:

she's such an amazing vocalist live i wish she would use her vocals like that on studio versions of songs

i love you, but you don't understand me.
