Ethel Cain (the character) is dead, the song Strangers reveals she was killed and eaten.

 

Also, Hayden said in the discord the next album will be about Ethel's mother (maybe preacher's wife will be the album title?)

Omg I've never heard of her before but saw her name this morning on LanaBoards so just listened to all of Inbred and now Strangers, she's amazing!!!
