if it possibly is a diss/break up song about sean maybe that's why she changed the album title, she wrote the album when they were together and WHF could've been a love song that turned into a breakup song after they separated which caused the album to take a new direction

That's not from this era and it's probably not even a Lana song at all. The title is registered in a very weird, non-standard way that doesn't match the way any of her other songs are registered. General consensus has been that it's an erroneous registration, not corresponding to an actual song.
