this was probably already talked about when the singles released but I was reading an article from The Fader https://www.thefader.com/2021/05/20/lana-del-rey-text-book-wildflower-wildfire-blue-banisters and they refer to LDR8 as "the follow-up to Norman Fucking Rockwell!"... the Chemtrails erasure lol

 

also, the fact that articles are referring to the singles as "buzz tracks in anticipation of her upcoming 8th studio album" and saying that quote comes directly from a press release gives me hope that there's some promotion/communication going on behind the scenes. BOZ probably saw one of the recent press releases or memos and it mentioned a July release date and a name change (hence referring to it as "8th studio album" instead of Blue Banisters) #TeamDelusional
