Yes the title was confirmed by YouTube Music (which first reportedly hit people with copyright of “Arcadia” for reposting the snippet) and then an insider (BoZ) confirmed it!

if you forget about commercialising your art via instagram and promos, lana isn't "nowhere" - we know she's making/releasing music quite soon  one thing about lana that i love so much is that she has so much inspiration and creativity all the time. her songwriting is just getting better and better, i really don't know how she does it!
