Ahh I must have missed that. I think it can be both a closer and an opener. In the context of The Grants I can see it working. But I also can see it being another “out of the black into the blue” 

 

I’m struggling to understand what exactly the lyric means as the grammar seems a bit off to me so if a native speaker can explain, I’d  really appreciate it

sounds like a closing line to me. would've been a great last line before some sort of cool, psychedelic outro which is what i expect from taco truck
