Mine was 2014, scrolling through tumblr and seeing everyone talk about this new album UV and thinking the aesthetic was cool and that she was pretty. Listened to Gods & Monsters alone in my bedroom and instantly got hooked. I REMEMBER THE EXACT MOMENT I KNEW THIS WAS GONNA BE MY IT GIRL 

I came across the video for Born to Die in December 2011 and immediately was obsessed and it has been over 11 years of obsession now  I’m ready for this new album!

I haven’t listened to The Grants yet because we’re so close to the album release, I just want to wait to listen to the album in full. I have a feeling this is going to be one of those albums where hearing individual songs beforehand won’t do it justice as a complete project.
