I wouldn’t call “an asshole” someone who’s trying to preserve his intellectual property (which was never meant to be realeased in the first place)... Ok, maybe he was unnecessary rude (threatening to sue fans), but he had any rights to see his unpublished work removed from the internet, imo! And it’s not like he really sued them in the end, he just exercised his rights how he could (reporting them to Tumblr) without causing further damages to the fans...
