i think each table probably has one sticker like that to mark which table number it is for the organisers

in Germany it will be streamed by MagentaMusik and MagentaTV, but I think you'll still need a vpn

there's yellow post-its at each table (as seen in the video), it looks like it's only there to help staff. i don't think there's any significance on who has one
