Idk with her being ballsy enough to reference it before Coachella it wouldn’t have been a terrible idea for her to do it. It’s not like it ended her career, and it could have been a ‘getting the last laugh’ kind of moment for her because yeah it was bad, yeah she can admit it, but look how far she’s come since then, with her just playing her biggest show ever last year and currently selling out stadiums

I would have loved this just to see Lana - but I feel like every time she is asked about SNL she says the exact same thing so it's not much of a loss... also how many times can SNL be brought up at this point, just feels redundant tbh.

But it's incredible how big the influence of this performance still is. It was probably one of the main reasons why she didn't win any Grammys last year. But it's not her fault, it's the fault of the members of the Academy, who are apparently still living in 2012 and haven't heard about the last few years of her career.
