I was working at an Ulta when the campaign was announced, and when we got the promo I was up ALL of my managers’ arses for months asking if I could have the posters when we were finished with them, and they all assured me they would be mine. On the day of the promo reset, I noticed the posters were gone and asked my manager there, who was actually my GM, where they were. She gave me this horrified look and was like, “oh my god I totally forgot. We threw them out.” I then asked her if I could dumpster dive for them when my shift was over and she said, “well, I’m not going to authorise that, but if you choose to do so, I won’t stop you.” So, I did – but I couldn’t find them!! So I then called up a friend and made him drive me to two other Ultas to dumpster dive in until I finally found them – but unfortunately, they were both ripped by a disgruntled Ulta employee. So I then called up a friend and made him drive me to two other Ultas to dumpster dive in until I finally found them – but unfortunately, they were both ripped by a disgruntled Ulta employee. She gave me this horrified look and was like, “oh my god I totally forgot. We threw them out.” I then asked her if I could dumpster dive for them when my shift was over and she said, “well, I’m not going to authorise that, but if you choose to do so, I won’t stop you.” So, I did – but I couldn’t find them!! So I then called up a friend and made him drive me to two other Ultas to dumpster dive in until I finally found them – but unfortunately, they were both ripped by a disgruntled Ulta employee. She gave me this horrified look and was like, “oh my god I totally forgot. We threw them out.” I then asked her if I could dumpster dive for them when my shift was over and she said, “well, I’m not going to authorise that, but if you choose to do so, I won’t stop you.” So, I did – but I couldn’t find them!! So I then called up a friend and made him drive me to two other Ultas to dumpster dive in until I finally found them – but unfortunately, they were both ripped by a disgruntled Ulta employee.
