I hope one day we get to hear the 1st version of UV that she recorded and produced herself with Blake before they met Dan. Songs like Flipside, PWYC and maybe G&R to an extent, seem to be the only survivors from this session and they definitely have a different edge to them

Cruel World is the only one that was produced by Blake then by Dan

yeah true, but I remember she said that they first recorded the album with just a session drummer and guitar, and then they did the whole bring-fire-back-into-my-life stuff with Dan. So I wonder what it sounded like, and I guess the tracklisting was completly different too. That's why to me like flipside and stuff might be straight from this scrapped draft of UV since it's so minimalist. But maybe i'm just reaching so  :rip:

Obviously Rick Nowels.

They're (together) always prove themselves out every single time.

Too many different styles.

Eclectic all way through.
