I do consider it promo. How many people use Snapchat? Thousands? Maybe more? So it is definitely something. Plus, remember when Gaga was releasing Born This Way and FarmVille on Facebook played previews of her songs in the background of the game and even redesigned the game to the new album aesthetic (not sure if anyone remembers that though).

Exactly! Already people I know have sent me snaps with the filter talking about Lana so it is doing a good job at reaching people who don't follow her insta or twitter! This could be a really easy and effective form of promo!

Just be happy that we're actually getting something and as been mentioned, Snapchat filler is good promo. Not the best, but it's pretty good.
