I want a 70's soft rock album like Ultraviolence but with way more psychedelia and Lana adopts a Satanic priestess persona called Lana Del Slay and in a music video she sacrifices men in a ritual in exchange for eternal youth

I totally think that’s the plan for this album (maybe ONE single a week or 2 before the whole album something idk) but it seems pretty clear she was going for the whole “surprise” release thing she had mentioned before back at the beginning of the year... honestly though I have a feeling it won’t come on her original stated September release date

You know what I would like? It's just a dream. In this dream the record is actually released on Sep 5th. (4th?) Up to that point there are no musical releases, snippets, teasers, videos, acapella etc. Maybe some more confirmations from Lana and Interscope. Maybe some photos, outtakes from a record cover or just new era ideas Lana is sharing.
 
Can you imagine the excitement counting the days down to the release having not heard anything? Although Lana can make a mess of a lot of things I have complete confidence in her commitment to recording. Even if I don't LOVE the whole album there will definitely be multiple tracks that I do.

the second picture of her baddie friends kinda irks me. it's really unnecessary, i don't understand why she even did that? it doesn't add anything to the message of the post, nobody needed a photo of her friends in athletic clothing with some cheap ig filter.

I would have advised against posting anything as Lana can't seem to tie her shoelaces before she walks. It was unfortunate that the tangled web she weaved for herself happened just before George Floyd's murder. In reality Lana's psycho drama pales in relation to what happened to Mr. Floyd.  She may take some heat or some love now on social media but the media in general will not pick up on it because it is not that important. THE TRUTH IS CNN, THE NEW YORK TIMES, THE WASHINGTON POST, FOX NEWS 60 MINUTES ETC. ARE NOT BEATING A PATH TO LANA DEL REY'S DOOR TO GET HER OPINION ON THIS!!!!!! The idea that her posting or not is somehow important in the grand scheme of things is absurd. She is another high profile person who has a louder voice than we do but her making a post is not going to raise the consciousness of the culture. I will still buy her records and see her in concert. My opinion and I am not here to argue.

Now, people who haven't seen the post, but read the previous comments or saw it on Twitter, are filling her Instagram with comments asking her to delete what has already been deleted... I-

I think most people just want her to post to 'prove' that she cares, as she said she did. 
 
It's also to prove to the fans that backed Lana without even considering why people were hurt by her post, that we should all care and all speak about it.
