Not people on here actually trying to say Gaga is trying to copy all these hyperpop SoundCloud artists I doubt Gaga even knows who these flops like Slayyyter & Kim Petras are and the only similarity is pink??

I'm really positive and fully on board for this era. It's been way to long since we have had Popga...

I'm watching the last episode of season 2 atm and really like the show - it's very entertaining (although the 2nd season seems a bit "over the top" sometimes – too much going on for my liking).

Saw her in Milan two days ago and I gotta say I'm completely still devastated.
I'm so so glad I didn't sell my ticket when Manic came out because it was such an experience. I got there only knowing the setlist and the stage look only for a couple of hours, and everything just blew me away. The Nightmare intro with the fire, HER VOICE goddamn I didn't know she had such strong vocals, the setlist full of deep cuts and not even one song cut short and last, she carried all this big 2hrs show ALONE, like...that's some main pop girl shit omg.
Also, Is There Somewhere her best song wbk and so does she lmao.

I did it off the top of my head, but every Gaga reference was made before Lana. Stop trying to ruin my fun

I saw Video Games posted a lot so I gave it a try but didn't really like it at first lol. This was the end of 2011 but I didn't even know the Born To Die video existed because people only talked about Video Games and youtube never recommended me the video lol. Lana Del Rey EP was released and I listened to it a few times but still didn't know if I liked her or not, though, I did love the song Born To Die. I found out the video existed and I loved it so much. I watched it a few times a day lol. Then the album was released and that changed me in a big way.

Gaga has won two Grammys so far tonight, Best Soundtrack for ASIB and Best Song Written for Visual Media with “I’ll Never Love Again”

I'll Never Love Again winning as it should, that song fucked me up for a while after watching ASIB in 2018

Here's another reason why her bringing the cop to the Grammys was bad (and why she doomed herself to lose). From a 2009 Lake Placid area newspaper article about Lizzy (emphasis mine):

Heyo!
Like I mentioned in my blog post earlier this month, I was thinking of starting a non-Lana related art thread here too. Don't worry, I will come back to drawing Lana one day, but I just feel like drawing other people and things sometimes too. I have many ideas in my head, like most others I guess, and ideas I keep in my mental list of things I'd like to create. I thought this would be a nice place to share them as well. But if you're here for Lana, click here to check out my thread.
I'm currently working on a short 2-page comic. Since I'm currently unemployed and don't know what I'd like to study next, most of my days are quite unfulfilling and I wanted to make a comic about that feeling and still trying to make something of your day. I've only drawn three panels so far, about to work on the fourth right now, so I won't share it yet, but I hope it can be of help somehow for anyone out there who might feel the same.
But I figured I need to show something to start off this thread, so below is a drawing I sketched sometime last year and eventually finished in October for Inktober with a The Legend of Zelda twist. This is Princess Zelda from one of the video games, and while her head isn't perfect if you stare too long at it, I'm still proud of it. If you'd like to see more of my doodles art for Linktober, you can check out my Twitter thread. I won't post them all here because they'd just take up a lot of space. And I don't think so many of you here are that interested tbh.
I've also been trying to think of things to use my colored markers for recently! Those of you who has seen my art before knows that I almost exclusively draw in black and white, but I want to use these markers now that I have a few colors to choose from.
More will be coming soon (hopefully)! Thanks for stopping by.
