(Biography copied and shortened from iTunes)

Los Angeles based singer/songwriter Zella Day blends modern pop with a touch of Western Bohemian flair.
A native of Arizona, she was raised in small town near Phoenix. Eventually relocating to L.A.
Zella first came to notice when her 2012 acoustic cover of The White Stripes' song "Seven Nation Army" began
racking up the hits on Youtube. Soon she adopted a lusher, pop-oriented sound, which led some critics to refer
to her as a happier sounding Lana Del Rey. (That's a weird comparison, but sure.) Her first single, "Sweet Ophelia"
arrived in April 2014 and in October of the same year she released her Self-Titled debut EP.

Her first LP is coming on June 2nd titled "Kicker"
Which has the 4 songs from her EP + 8 new songs.
    (Which sadly already leaked)

Everyone who's saying this... What are y'all talking about? It has been proved REPEATEDLY that almost every single soundtrack song she's done (except OUAD and Big Eyes) were FOR HER OWN ALBUMS until she pitched them for movies. The demo for Young & Beautiful proves it was created before it was intended for Great Gatsby with the lines about Joplin and rock n' roll and Lana even SAID "I Can Fly" was originally for Honeymoon, but she modified it for Big Eyes.

This is probably on her album or was once intended for her album since we have known about this song for like 2-3years? You all screamed and begged for Born To Die 2.0/ Paradise 2.0 and now it sounds like yes Honeymoon will lean in that direction and now you're mad af? Idk... Y'all are so strange to me.

Been following this for a minute, now it's come to fruition. It is rumoured Jay has exclusivity on streaming Taylor Swift's catalogue and it's likely huge albums like R8, So Help Me God and a solo JAY Z / Beyonce/JAY Z double disc will get exclusive stream time before they are released elsewhere. This could really be a force to be reckoned with. jay the goat.

    -

In lieu of a great knowledge about him i'll let somebody compose a good intro page.

Obviously checked him out because of Lana, listening to I Love You, Honeybear right now and instantly grasped. He has such a classic voice, reminds me of John Denver. I could definitely be a fan..

    HONEYMOON POSTER

I wanted to do a poster for the upcoming album so I did using a very exclusive  image of Lana for L'Uomo by Francesco. Hope you like it as I do

Hey Lanaboards! So, I've done a few music videos in the past, and it's taken me awhile to do a Lana one. I've always felt a little intimidated by doing a Lana video, but when I heard BB for the first time, I knew I had to do it. I directed, filmed, and edited this video, and have been working on it since July (conception started in June).

I usually create characters for my videos, but I decided to actual try loosely portray portions of Lana's life in this video. The video takes place at Lana's bedroom in Lake Placid, Brooklyn, and in Coney Island. In addition to the locations, I tried to pack tons of Lana Easter eggs in there for the fans (ex: her fav movies, books, outfits she's worn).

I would really appreciate any support you can give the video. Thank you so much for watching!

Honeymoon is a pretty good title actually. It strikes a really sweet and happy impression at first, but it has a somewhat dark undertone if you think about something (a relationship etc) being described as in its "honeymoon phase"--it's something fleeting, with no clear promise of long-term happiness. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I can imagine that's how Lana might feel entering this new relationship and perspective after how dark the previous phase of her life has been, what with Barrie and the fame struggles.

Dan Auerbach introduced me to Mark Ronson in a club. We just clicked and danced together all night. I showed him some of my music and we decided to work together. Mark brought the water back into my life.
