One more song to add to the catalogue: live versions better than the studio version. I honestly love Shades of Cool and West Coast and I don't see any problems with the production of these tracks, but now with Ultraviolence I can understand the comments about the production in general. I don't understand any of the process of recording an album or whatever, but the song sounds a little amateur, bad mixed? UV has such an epic feeling but it felt like I expected the whole song to bring that "WHOW" moment, that EPIC moment but it just failed.

She's the second artist on WW Itunes since she released the pre-order, I don't think this might be considered a flop or whatever. Also a lot of people just buy an album after its released, only die hard are buying right now. To compare her with Taylor Swift if very unfair, I think she is like Arctic Monkeys in this way - she accomplished a lot for an artist that don't have any radio play in mainstream radio on US, only is some countries in Europe.

Don't hate me but she always screws up things in television. Remember when she performed Ride on a UK tv show and it was so bad? She couldn't hit the high notes because she was so nervous even though she was really good at her lives performances. But to perform at a concert where are thousands of people screaming your name is very different from a Tv one where people are dying to see if she fails again. She's getting a lot of good reviews, they shouldn't risk the sales of the album with bad press again

I'm bit surprised to see so many negative comments about this "interview". I genuinely think he was being honest and all he wanted is to tell her about the impact of her music in his life. I know a lot people here are fans of other 100 artist and foruns but for some people music REALLY can change their lifes. He met the person that changed his life, I don't judge he wanted to share with her how important she is to him. It's natural if you think how much time we spent of our lives in the company of music.

Ultraviolence it's definetely my favorite song released so far. But I have to be honest that at this point 'm not really that interested in her lyrics anymore- they're usually great, don't get me wrong. But she has more than 250 songs available on the internet, so it seems that everything I heard so far is similar lyrically of what she has done before. I really hope she surprises me with the new record.

I’m not really a big fan of a reworked version of Kill-Kill. Besides the fact it’s one of my favorites songs, usually the albums versions aren’t really nearly as good as the “originals”. I was so disappointed with National Anthem, Lolita and This is What Makes Us Girls when I listened to Born To Die. Then we have that Yayo version on Paradise. Also is it only me or the chorus of West Coast sound a lot like Kill Kill? It’s too similar for me.
