I love the production! A lot of people on here talk about BTD being overproduced, but I honestly think it's perfect. The strings, the beats, the yelling/cheering/animal noises/sound effects all contribute to the chaotic, manic vibe of the album, and it still makes me go crazy after all these years lol

I cried watching  all these performances tbh so thank you very much for uploading them here in one thread
I seem to forget how much I adore BTD and Paradise and their performances as well . They remind me so much of my early teens and how I fell in love with Lana's music in the first place.

I couldn't find a thread for the times that Lana performed versions of her songs that are significantly different from the album versions ("rock" versions, acoustic versions, etc.), so I figured I'd start my own. I don't have much yet bc there are performances I know of, like the "rock" versions of Body Electric and Off to the Races, but I don't know the dates/locations. Here's what I have so far, but it'd be great if anybody wants to help out and try to make a more complete list!

This is pretty much how I feel. It's not that I want her to go back to the same subject matter, what I want back is the creative lyrics and wild vocals and big production. To me, Lana's music has always felt like being in another world, but NFR just feels like regular music. It doesn't have that escapism quality to it, which I guess some people think makes it feel authentic, but I can't get into it.
